    Return Window

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accommodated.

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

    • Unused and unopened: Products must be in their original condition with seals intact
    • Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging
    • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt
    • Unboxing video required: You must provide a clear, unedited video of opening the parcel from the courier to verify product condition
    • Within timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

    Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

    To process returns smoothly and protect both you and Fleuré, we require customers to record a video while opening their parcel. This video should:

    • Show the sealed package as received from the courier
    • Capture the unboxing process from start to finish without cuts or edits
    • Clearly show all products and their condition inside the package
    • Be recorded in good lighting to ensure clarity

    Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. We recommend all customers record their unboxing as a precaution.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Opened or used products
    • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
    • Items purchased during special promotional offers (unless specified otherwise)
    • Bundle deals (unless the entire bundle is returned unused)

    Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products

    If you receive damaged, leaked, or incorrect products:

    1. Contact our customer support within 24-48 hours of delivery
    2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
    3. Include your order number

    We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately upon verification.

    This policy applies even if the product has been opened due to the damage or error.

    • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

    • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
    • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase

    If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant or product:
